YouTube clips can be used to teach Science. You can atch it on Science online channel in http://www.youtube.com/user/ScienceOnline. Youtube also good in Experiments. They providde great example of various experiment. Now another use of youtube is political video. There’s plenty interview and discourse of prominet politician. I usually has interest on what is politic on broad point of view.
